Multiple Effect Evaporators Plants

In the evaporation process, concentration of a product is accomplished by boiling the solution. Finally product should be recovered in the form of solid or evaporated liquid. The recovered end product should have optimum solids content consistent with desired product quality and operating economics. It is a unit operation that is used extensively in Waste Water Evaporation, Metal salt industries, Processing foods, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fruit juices, Dairy products, Agro Chemicals and R.O. Reject Water Evaporation. It is a unit operation which, with the possible exception of distillation, is the most energy intensive.

Vacuum Ejectors

Ketav Consultant is a manufacturer of multi-Stage Steam Ejectors in the Country.Our Ejectors are used in large variety of application in the all type of the Industries in the all type of operation like Distillation, Crystallization, Filtration, Drying, Evaporators Etc.Pressure below atmosphere is termed as vacuum.This can be achieved by the ejector system, which works on the principle of converting the pressure energy of motivating fluid to velocity energy in order to entrained the suction fluid. Motive fluid may be low pressure OR high pressure steam or circulating liquid at ambient temperature.

Advantages:
• Simple way to create a vacuum

• Can be integrated with any installed Vacuum Systems, such as Steam Ejectors, water Ring Pumps, Oil seal Pumps, Water Ejectors etc.

• Vacuum Boosters are power efficient.

• They provide high pumping speeds even at low pressures.

• Boosters increase the vacuum of the process. Vacuum Booster can be used over a wide working pressure range from 100 Torr down to 0.001 Torr (mm of mercury) with suitable arrangement of backup pumps.
